Some weddings stay with you forever, and L & A's celebration at Hidden Grove Estate is one of them. Nestled just outside Lansing, the estate blends mid-century architecture, lush gardens, and elegant outdoor spaces, making it a beautiful setting for a timeless wedding celebration.

Surrounded by romantic pink florals, candlelit tablescapes, and an incredible team of vendors, every part of the day felt intentional. I photographed nearly the entire wedding on medium format and 35mm film, creating images with rich color, beautiful texture, and the timeless feel that only film can provide.

This wedding was especially meaningful because it was my first wedding on medium format film. Just one hour before arriving, I walked into a tiny family-owned camera store planning to buy extra film and somehow left with a new camera. It was a leap of faith, but these photographs became some of my favorites I've ever made.
